Return & Refund Policies of Vayu Fitness
At Vayu Fitness you have 30 days to return your item (some exclusions apply) for a full refund or exchange as long as:
- The Item has not been opened or used - Is still in its original packaging and all packaging and accessories are included. - The item was purchased at its original sale price. This means , the item was not a sale item or which were purchased at a discounted price nor can the customer request a refund for any items purchased which are sale items or purchased at a discounted price.
The refund will be provided using your original payment method only.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Returns or Exchange parcels are payed for at the customers own expense for both return to our PO BOX and back to the customer - Replacement items due to change of mind, colour or size , the customer will send the goods back at their own expense and once the order has been received, Vayu Fitness will send the new item at the buyers shipping expense. - International orders may be returned using any means of the customers choice, at their own expense - Refunds for International Customers will occur once the items are received and meet the above criteria, in terms of being saleable. - The Items are the customers responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure you take the necessary precautions such as, securely packing the items, shipping the items with a tracking number, as Vayu Fitness will not take any responsibility for any items, if the items never arrives or arrives damaged at our warehouse.
The refund will be provided using your original payment method. We will not refund the shipping cost.
➔ Once opened, none of the reasons for refund would be entertained except the product damage. The expiry date, however, is only a valid reason for which you are eligible to request a return or refund.
Once you become eligible for a successful refund, you will be credited the due amount in your given bank account details. This may take some me, however.
What Is The Shipping Policy Of Vayu Fitness?
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days using Australia Post and Fastway Couriers when sent locally throughout Australia.
Items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia, So please allow 7-10 working days for delivery mes throughout Metropolitan Australia and 10-20 days for Rural Australia, depending on which state you live in. Due to covid19 deliveries are taking longer than usual.
